Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings are binding after payment of the deposit. Booking confirmation will be sent via email.

• Minimum age of main guest is 18 years
• 30% deposit required at booking
• Balance due upon arrival

2. Payment Terms

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. All prices include VAT. The deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 14 days before arrival.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• More than 14 days before arrival: full deposit refund
• 7-14 days before arrival: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 7 days before arrival: deposit non-refundable

4. House Rules

Guests must comply with the following rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Check-out: by 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Smoking is prohibited indoors
• Pets allowed by prior arrangement

5. Liability

Hídvégardó Guest House is not liable for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. Guests are liable for damage to property during their stay.

6. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent court.
